This Privacy Policy applies to the Payment Services provided to you by Hideaway, pursuant to the Payments Terms of Service. When using the Payment Services, you will be also providing your information, including personal information, to one or more Hideaway Payments entities, which will also be the Data Controller of your information related to the Payment Services, generally depending on your Country of Residence.

Information that is necessary for the use of the Hideaway Platform

Hideaway  the user’s personal information when you use the Hideaway site. This information is necessary to execute the contract between you and Hideaway and to allow for us to comply with our legal obligations. Without such data we may not be able to provide you with adequate services.

Account Information – When you sign up for a Hideaway Account, we require certain information such as your first name, last name, email address, and date of birth.

Profile and Listing Information – Your additional informations like your address, phone number and profile picture will be asked by Hideaway Platform while booking and listing.

Payment Information – In Order to facilitate the processing of payments while booking and listing a property in Hideaway platform, financial informations are required that includes your bank account or credit card information.

2. SECURITY

We are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Some of the safeguards we use to protect your information are firewalls, data encryption and information access controls. If you know or have reason to believe that your Hideaway Account credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Hideaway Account, please contact us through hello@hideaway.tn .

3. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Hideaway reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with this provision. The modified and revised Privacy Policy will be updated on the Hideaway Platform. The Hideaway will also provide you with notice of the modification by email at least thirty days before the date they become effective. If you disagree with the revised Privacy Policy, you may cancel your Account.

4. DELETING AN ACCOUNT

If you need your personal information modified or hidden you may chose to do so at anytime by altering its content and replacing your profile data with XXXXX at every section of your profile.

If you need all of your data deleted from our databases including your user ID and all the history attached to it, please contact hello@hideaway.tn. Please put the following in the subject line “ATTENTION: ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST”. The request shall be sent from the same email address attached to your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your request processed.
